Partner Visa (Australia) – Married or De Facto

You could be granted a Subclass 820/801 or Subclass 309/100 Partner visa if: • Your partner is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. • You are married or can show that you have lived together with your partner in a ‘de facto’ relationship for 12 months.
